Milked Photography
Portrait
Portraits with soul and intention.
A portrait should feel like you. Natural, strong and full of personality. Focusing on expression, light and the small nuances that make an image unforgettable. Editorial style without the ego. Emotion without the performance.

Family
Your people. Your moments. Held still for a lifetime. Whether it is the closeness of a family, the joy of cousins reunited, or the beautiful chaos of a big group finally in one place, capturing the emotion that ties you together. Real connection. Soft unposed moments. The tiny details and the big feelings that become your favourite memories.

event
Moments caught before it slips away.
Events move quickly and emotions run deep. Documenting the story as it unfolds with an eye for detail and a calm, unobtrusive approach. The laughter, the energy, the unexpected beauty. The moments you saw and the ones you missed.

Starting photography in high school with a film camera in hand and the smell of developer in the dark room. Before presets and instant previews existed, learning composition and light the slow way. The honest way.
Have you ever watched film being pulled from a camera blind inside a processing bag? It feels like magic. You trust your eye. You trust your timing. You trust the moment you chose to freeze.
At sixteen my work was exhibited at the Melbourne Cinematic Festival. That was the first time I realised photography was more than a hobby. It was the way I understood the world.
As the industry shifted from film to DSLR and then into endless software and post production, something strange happened. The tools kept changing but the heart of it never did. Cameras evolve. Technology evolves. My love for holding a moment still has never shifted.
That is what guides my work today. My love of natural light photography.
Not the gear. Not the trends.
Just the beauty of a single second caught before it disappears.
